Please review the following terms before enrolling in a Precision Care Service plan.
Plan Terms Summary▾

Eligibility
Available for residential photovoltaic systems up to 30 panels located within the Laurens County Electric Cooperative service territory.
- 2
Scope of Services
Each plan visit includes a multi-point system inspection and surface panel cleaning performed using manufacturer-approved methods and equipment.
- 3
Scheduling
Services are performed Monday through Friday during standard business hours. Appointments are weather-dependent and will be rescheduled at no additional cost if conditions are unsafe.

Monitoring
System monitoring requires existing inverter monitoring capabilities. All reports are delivered electronically to the email address on file.
- 5
Exclusions
This program does not cover physical repairs, equipment replacement, panel removal or reinstallation, wildlife removal, or damage caused by natural disasters or acts of God.

Additional Services
Services outside the scope of your plan are available at preferred member rates for active Precision Care subscribers.
- 7
Renewal & Cancellation
Plans auto-renew annually. A 30-day written notice is required to cancel, downgrade, or upgrade your plan prior to the renewal date.

Liability
Detail Solar LLC is not liable for pre-existing system conditions, manufacturer warranty limitations, or defects present prior to plan enrollment.
