The Pay
Salary from week one. Commission on top.
This is not a commission-only job. You get a weekly salary starting your first week, plus commission on every maintenance contract and cleaning you sell. Nothing is deducted from your salary, and there is no draw to pay back. Exact figures are shared on the call.

The Day
We hand you the exact houses.
You're not hunting for territory or buying leads. Our software finds homes that already have solar on the roof. Almost every door you knock is a real prospect.
You introduce yourself, talk about cleaning and maintenance, and sign people up when they're ready. Best conversations happen weekday late afternoons and Saturdays. About half the people we talk to say yes - this is not a hard sell.

- 18 or older, reliable vehicle, clean driving record
- Able to be on your feet outdoors for a full shift
- Free weekday late afternoons and Saturdays
- A friendly way with people (matters more than a resume)
