Orphaned Systems · Any Brand, Any Installer
Your installer's gone.
Your system doesn't have to be.
If the company that put panels on your roof isn't around anymore, you're not stuck. We work on systems of all brands and configurations, not just the ones we installed.
Sound Familiar?
Left with a system
and no support line.
Solar installers close, get acquired, or exit the market, and homeowners are left with a system, a warranty they can't reach anyone about, and no one to call when something goes wrong. We hear from Upstate homeowners in exactly this spot.
Error codes you don't understand? Output below expectations? We work on systems of all brands and configurations, not just the ones we installed, and get you back to peak performance fast.

Pink Energy / Power Home Solar
If that name is on
your paperwork.
Power Home Solar later operated as Pink Energy. When that company left the market, Upstate homeowners kept the hardware and lost the phone number. We repair those systems. Dedicated notes: Pink Energy solar repair in South Carolina.
Frequently Asked Questions
Orphaned systems,
plainly explained.
Can you service a solar system if the original installer closed?
Yes. We diagnose and repair systems of any brand or original installer, including companies that were acquired or simply stopped answering.
Do manufacturer warranties still work after the installer is gone?
Often yes for panels and inverters. Those warranties usually live with the equipment maker. The old company’s labor warranty usually does not transfer. We help run equipment claims when they still apply.
Did you take over Pink Energy or Power Home Solar customers?
We did not buy that company. We do repair those systems. Details are on our Pink Energy solar repair page.
I am in Greenville, not Columbia. Can you still help?
Yes. We are based at 1609 Rutherford Road in Greenville. Upstate orphaned systems are a normal drive.
