Orphaned Systems · Pink Energy / Power Home Solar
Pink Energy solar repair
in South Carolina.
If Power Home Solar or Pink Energy put panels on your roof and nobody answers now, you still have a system. Our Greenville crew works on it.
What happened
The company is gone.
The hardware is still on the roof.
Power Home Solar later operated as Pink Energy. When that company left the market, Upstate homeowners kept the panels, the inverter, and often a monitoring app that still shows a brand name nobody staffs. Production drops, error codes stack up, and there is no local number that knows your job file.
Detail Solar did not install those systems. We still service them. That is ordinary work for us, not a special exception.
What we can do
Inspect, claim,
or repair.
Diagnosis
We read the inverter and monitoring, walk the roof, and tell you what failed before anyone orders parts.
Manufacturer warranties
Panel and inverter warranties from Enphase, SolarEdge, and similar brands often still apply. We help run those claims. Pink Energy’s own labor promise does not transfer to us.
Ongoing care
After a repair we can inspect and clean like any other array. See home solar panel repair.
Frequently Asked Questions
Pink Energy questions,
plainly answered.
Can you repair a Pink Energy or Power Home Solar system in South Carolina?
Yes. We diagnose and repair those systems the same way we repair any other brand we did not install. Manufacturer equipment warranties often survive after an installer closes. The installer’s own labor warranty usually does not.
Is Pink Energy the same as Power Home Solar?
Pink Energy was the later name for Power Home Solar. If your contract, inverter app, or yard sign uses either name, you are in the same boat: the original company is not there to call.
Do you take over the old Pink Energy contract?
No. We do not assume their financing or their company warranty. We inspect the hardware, tell you what failed, help with manufacturer warranty claims when those still apply, and repair what we can.
I am in Greenville or the Upstate. Do I need a Columbia company?
No. We are based at 1609 Rutherford Road in Greenville. Upstate systems are a normal drive for us.
